Logistics: η χρησιμότητα και η ανάπτυξη του κλάδου εταιρειών που προσφέρουν υπηρεσίες logistics σε τρίτους (third party logistics) σε Κρήτη και Κύπρο.

Abstract

Τα Logistics τα τελευταία χρόνια έχουν μια εξαιρετική δυναμική για αυτό και διαδραματίζουν σημαντικό ρόλο στη σύγχρονη επιχείρηση. Σκοπός λοιπόν της πτυχιακής αυτής εργασίας είναι να μελετήσει και να κατανοήσει τον όρο Logistics-εφοδιαστική αλυσίδα, τα στοιχεία που εμπεριέχει, τη χρησιμότητα του στις σημερινές εταιρίες μέσω βιβλιογραφικής ανασκόπησης. Επιπλέον, η εργασία στοχεύει στο να εμβαθύνει στην έννοια του outcourcing πραγματοποιώντας έρευνα με χρήση ερωτηματολογίου και την υποβολή του σε εταιρίες 3pl που εδρεύουν σε Ελλάδα και Κύπρο.

This work concerns the use and development listed in class companies that offer services to third party logistics. The survey was originally designed to analyze the conclusions of companies in Crete and Cyprus on the way processes in Logistics. The research carried out using a questionnaire send to existing business of these companies and a review of the literature. It aims to draw conclusions with services Logistics (warehousing, distribution, transmission). Specifically, refers to the differences, perceptions, benefits from having a partnership, the reasons for selecting a specific 3PL partner, and the data set communication and satisfaction of such cooperation, and development prospects on future.
