Βιοκλιματική αρχιτεκτονική στην Ελλάδα.

Abstract

Θέμα της παρούσας πτυχιακής εργασίας είναι η βιοκλιματική αρχιτεκτονική στην Ελλάδα. Κύριος στόχος της εργασίας είναι η καταγραφή των βιοκλιματικών κτιρίων στην Ελλάδα και η ταξινόμηση τους με βάση το είδος και τη χρήση τους, την περιφέρεια στην οποία ανήκουν, το έτος κατασκευής, την επιφάνεια τους, τα παθητικά και ενεργητικά συστήματα που διαθέτουν, τα χαρακτηριστικά του περιβλήματος και τις συνολικές ενεργειακές τους ανάγκες. Για την καλύτερη κατανόηση των θεωρητικών τεχνικών που αναλύονται (παθητικά συστήματα, ενεργητικά συστήματα, αρχές σχεδιασμού, κόστος κατασκευών κ.α.), πραγματοποιείται μια ερευνητική επισκόπηση σε 79 κτίρια της χώρας, που έχουν κατασκευαστεί βάσει των αρχών της βιοκλιματικής αρχιτεκτονικής. Τα κτίρια αυτά ομαδοποιούνται βάσει των κατασκευαστικών και λειτουργικών τους στοιχείων και συγκρίνονται ως προς την ενεργειακή τους απόδοση. Το ερευνητικό μέρος βοηθά καθοριστικά στην εξαγωγή κατάλληλων συμπερασμάτων για την απόδοση και τα ενεργειακά, περιβαλλοντικά, κοινωνικά και οικονομικά οφέλη που συνεπάγονται τα βιοκλιματικά κτίρια.

The topic of the Thesis is the analysis of the Bioclimatic Architecture in Greece by recording the Greek bioclimatic buildings and classifying them according to their use, the location, the year of construction, the total surface, the passive and the active systems they have, the characteristics of the building shell and the total amount of energy needed. In this Thesis, the study and the analysis of the systems used is based on the overview of 79 buildings in Greece (most of them residencies), that have been constructed pursuant the principles of the bioclimatic architecture. The basic information collected includes the year of construction, the engineer, the use of the building, the type (i.e. apartment), the total surface, the passive systems of cooling and heating, the active systems, the materials of the building’s shell and the needs for heating and cooling. The buildings are divided and classified according to the location, the engineer, the date of construction and the surface. All the systems intergraded are recorded as well as the energy gain from each system (in some of the cases there were no results found). All of them, using any type of passive system, have recorded benefits.
