Σχεδιασμός και κατασκευή surfboard.

Abstract

Σκοπός της πτυχιακής αυτής εργασίας είναι να ελεγχτεί κατά πόσο τα υλικά που χρησιμοποιήθηκαν για τη σανίδα που κατασκευάστηκε δεν θα παρουσιάσουν παραμορφώσεις από την πίεση που ασκούν τα πόδια του αναβάτη. Ο έλεγχος αυτός θα γίνει με τη μέθοδο της προσομοίωσης σε υπολογιστή. Επίσης παρουσιάζεται ο τρόπος κατασκευής της σανίδας με υαλοΰφασμα και ανθρακόνημα σε συνδυασμό των δυο υλικών.

In this graduation thesis it’s been described the way that a surfboard is shaped. It is also checked whether the materials used for the surfboard constructed will not show deformation of the pressure exerted by the rider's legs. This check will be done by the method of computer simulation. Also shows how to build the board with fiberglass and carbon fiber in combination of two materials. Describes the method that has been used to check the board. This method is called isotropic and was used for ease of use of the parametric design and analysis program used.
