| dc.description.abstract | Κύριος σκοπός της εργασίας μας είναι η όσο το δυνατόν πιο απλουστευμένη και σαφής προσέγγιση της θεωρίας των ημιαγωγών. Με τη βοήθεια των γνώσεων που αντλήσαμε από τα βιβλία και τις ιστοσελίδες που βασιστήκαμε για την τέλεση της πτυχιακής εργασίας, ελπίζουμε να επιτύχουμε το επιθυμητό αποτέλεσμα. Στο πρώτο μέρος αναλύουμε τις φυσικές ιδιότητες των ημιαγωγών υλικών και τη δομή των ενεργειακών ζωνών των μετάλλων και ημιαγωγών. Στη συνέχεια βλέπουμε εφαρμογές των ημιαγωγών σε διόδους και τρανζίστορ επαφής. | el |
