Abstract

Σκοπός της παρούσης πτυχιακής εργασίας, είναι η ουσιαστικη συλλογή και εξέταση στοιχείων αναφορικά με την επίδραση των απολύσεων στις επιχειρήσεις και το κατά πόσο οι συγκεκριμένες απολύσεις μπορούν να επιδράσουν την πορεία των μετοχών των επιχειρήσεων στην περίοδο της οικονομικής κρίσης, αναλύοντας σχετικά παραδείγματα τεσσάρων (4) επιχειρήσεων. Προκειμένου λοιπόν η εν λόγω μελέτη να θεωρείται ορθή και αντιπροσωπευτική ως προς τα στοιχεία που εξετάζει, διαχωρίζεται σχετικά σε έξι (6) αντίστοιχα κεφάλαια. Έτσι λοιπόν αναφέρεται πως το πρώτο κεφάλαιο σχετίζεται με την Εισαγωγή - Αιτίες και Χαρακτηριστικά της Οικονομικής Κρίσης του 2008, στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο αναφέρεται ο Τρόπος και ο Ρόλος Λειτουργίας Επιχειρήσεων στις Μέρες μας και η Ψυχολογία Επενδυτών – Επενδύσεων, στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο σημειώνεται ο Τρόπος της Λειτουργίας της Αγοράς και των Επενδύσεων στις ΗΠΑ, στο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο αναφέρονται τα Μεγέθη Ανεργίας στις Μέρες μας και η Επίδραση των Απολύσεων Εργαζομένων στην Διεθνή Οικονομία, στο πέμπτο κεφάλαιο αναφέρεται η Μεθοδολογία Έρευνας και τέλος στο έκτο κεφάλαιο σημειώνονται οι Ημερομηνίες και Ανακοινώσεις Απολύσεων Εργαζομένων από Μέρους των Επιχειρήσεων Coca Cola, Toshiba, Nec Electronics, Volkswagen Καθώς και η Παρουσίαση των Αποτελεσμάτων Έρευνας.

The purpose of this thesis is the substantial collection and examination of data on the impact of layoffs on business and whether the specific layoffs can affect the course of the shares of companies in the period of economic crisis, detailing examples of four (4) business .
