| dc.description.abstract | Οι επιχειρήσεις και ιδιαίτερα οι μικρομεσαίες ανέκαθεν αποτελούσαν ζωτικής σημασίας κομμάτι στην Ελλάδα. Ιδιαίτερα στις μέρες μας η ύπαρξη και λειτουργία των επιχειρήσεων αποτελεί αναπόσπαστο και καθοριστικό παράγοντα για την ανάπτυξη της ελληνικής οικονομίας. Για το λόγο αυτό άλλωστε οι μικρομεσαίες επιχειρήσεις συνηθίζεται να αποκαλούνται "ραχοκοκαλιά της ελληνικής οικονομίας". Σκοπός της συγκεκριμένης εργασίας είναι η παρουσίαση των εταιρειών εστιάζοντας κατά κύριο λόγο στις προσωπικές εταιρείες, στον τρόπο λειτουργίας τους, στη θέση των εταίρων, στον τρόπο προσδιορισμού του αποτελέσματος καθώς και στην φορολόγησή τους. | el |
