Μέθοδοι διοίκησης έργων.

Abstract

Η Διοίκηση έργων αποτελεί σημαντικό κομμάτι της Επιχειρησιακής Έρευνας. Συνδυάζει επιχειρησιακή έρευνα, στατιστική, πληροφορική, λογιστική, οικονομία και διοίκηση ολικής ποιότητας. Η διαχείριση έργων διαρκώς αναπτύσσεται και βελτιώνεται και γίνεται ένας τομέας όλο και πιο σημαντικός στις επιχειρήσεις. Στόχος της εργασίας είναι να αναλύσει τις βασικές έννοιες της διοίκησης έργων καθώς και να παρουσιάσει συνοπτικά κάποιες βασικές τις τεχνικές αντιμετώπισης στα προβλήματα που προκύπτουν κατά τη διαχείριση των έργων.

This thesis analyzed the basic concepts of Project Management, like‘project’, ‘life cycle’ of the project , which are the ‘key players’ in a project,as well as the strength of the correlation and interdependence between the various business activities. In the thesis have been presented techniques to solve problems in project management with accurate and provided examples to make them more understandable .Critical points in the procedure of resolving various issues have been pointed out. The method of Task Scheduling, Critical Path , Theory of Constraints, Gantt Charts and the Monte Carlo Method received the bulk of the work because of their importance in the field of project management . Through this thesis, it has become clear the importance of effective project management for businesses and its catalytic role in the planning of operations of the business. Effective project management helps significantly to achieve the target of a company or organization, and should ideally involve all stakeholders in the company, from the staff to customers . Therefore, it has become obvious through this thesis that project management has an integral and important rolein the running of a company or organization and the realization of its objectives. For this reason, emphasis has been given over the last years on further development of Project Management.
