Στην παρούσα πτυχιακή παρουσιάζεται μία σύντομη αναδρομή στην εργασία και το εργασιακό περιβάλλον του ανθρώπινου δυναμικού και πως επηρέασε η είσοδος της τεχνολογίας την επαγγελματική του ζωή. Γίνεται προσπαθεί να προσδιοριστούν οι παράγοντες που αποτελούν αξία για ένα ιδανικό εργασιακό περιβάλλον απαραίτητη προϋπόθεση για την ύπαρξη και την μακροχρόνια βιωσιμότητα των επιχειρήσεων. Αναλυτικότερα γίνεται μία περιγραφή της δομής και της οργάνωσης της επιχείρησης όσο αναφορά το όραμα και την κουλτούρα της, την ηγεσία, την συναισθηματική νοημοσύνη στο εργασιακό χώρο και την παρακίνηση των εργαζομένων. Παρουσιάζεται πως όλα τα παραπάνω συνδέονται και λειτουργούν αρμονικά για την αποτελεσματικότητα της επιχείρησης. Μέσω της έρευνας σε εργαζομένους και εργοδότες-προϊσταμένους γίνεται προσπάθεια να προσδιοριστεί η πιθανή διαφορετική οπτική γωνία τους ως προς το εργασιακό περιβάλλον και τον βαθμό ικανοποίησης τους. Η έρευνα πραγματοποιήθηκε μέσω της χρήσης ερωτηματολογίων. In this thesis presents a brief review of the work and the working environment of human resources and how the insert of technology has affected their professional lives. We are trying to identify the factors that are value for an ideal working environment, necessary condition for the existence and long-term business sustainability. Detailed as possible attempts a description of the structure and organization of business as the vision and the culture, leadership, emotional intelligence in the work place and the employee motivation. It is presented how all the above are linked and work in harmony for the effectiveness of the business through research on workers and employers-heads of department trying to determine the possible different visual angle to the working environment and the degree of satisfaction. The survey was conducted through the use of questionnaires.
