In this diploma, a sample of 248 children, who attended the 3rd Primary School, was used in the years 2013 and 2014 in the Prefectures of Heraklion and Rethymnon. The participation of children took place voluntarily in the Pediatrics Clinic. They filled out a question book, which included the child's demographic details, which parents filled out. As well as the medical and family history of the child. Finally, the doctor made a medical checkup of the child (taking ECG and on-site listening and tele-listening).
These questionnaires were undertaken to study cardiovascular problems in younger ages. So that doctors during prenatal examination, and the usual post-natal examination, are more skeptical in the clinical examination of the cardiovascular system.
