dc.description.abstractΤα άτομα που αποφασίζουν να εργαστούν σε ένα τέτοιο οργανισμό ή επιχείρηση, έρχονται γιατί επιθυμούν να ικανοποιήσουν συγκεκριμένες ανάγκες τους όπως είναι (οι βιολογικές - κοινωνικές - ψυχολογικές). Από τη μια μεριά το άτομο υποχρεώνεται να προσφέρει ένα συγκεκριμένο έργο, από την ολοκλήρωση του οποίου θα λάβει κάποιες συγκεκριμένες ανταμοιβές από την επιχείρηση, πράγμα που αναγκάζει το άτομο να αποκτήσει.el
dc.description.abstractEvery organization or business needs human resources and flexibility in its Operation in order to function effectively. As it is known, organizations are becoming more and more complex and with an increasing technological development. The individuals that decide to work in such an organization or enterprise come because they wish to satisfy certain needs of theirs, such as biological, social, psychological. On one hand, the person is obliged to offer certain work, from the completion of which they will obtain a role and particular way of people – employees called a ‘’work team’’. What the employees do, how they do it and which behavior they will have during their work will be determined by the business. On the other hand though, we have a different criterion which is related to the need of each human being to satisfy their needs ( social & psygological ) within the business and for this they make contact with other employees, because they believe that these interpersonal relationships help them satisfy their needs mentioneds above. The result of this behavior of the employees is the formation of ‘’ social groups’’. We needs to mention the importance of team work to the organization because definitely, through this, the group feeling and the individyals’ participation in decision taking and problem solving are development within the organization or business. In short, the individual ethers groups which are formed and developed by the employees themselves and in this way they obtain the group feeling.en
