Ενεργό φορητό ηχείο μικρού μεγέθους με είσοδο για μικρόφωνο.

Abstract

Ο στόχος της παρούσης πτυχιακή εργασίας είναι η κατασκευή ενεργού φορητού ηχείου, μικρού μεγέθους, με είσοδο για μικρόφωνο για διάφορες κοινές χρήσεις. Είναι γεγονός ότι στο εμπόριο κυκλοφορούν ασύρματα φορητά ηχεία τα οποία όμως είναι πανάκριβα. Το ενεργό φορητό ηχείο που κατασκευάστηκε είναι χαμηλού κόστους, τροφοδοτείται από μπαταρία 12 volt, είναι ευκολόχρηστο και συμπληρώνει το κενό για χρήσεις που δεν απαιτούν επαγγελματικά φορητά ηχεία. Για την υλοποίηση της πτυχιακής εργασίας αναζητήθηκε το κατάλληλο κύκλωμα το οποίο έπρεπε να εκπληρώνει τις πιο κάτω βασικές προϋποθέσεις: 1.Να τροφοδοτείται με ρεύμα μπαταρίας 2.Να έχει την κατάλληλη προενίσχυση για μικρόφωνο 3.Να έχει στοιχειώδες κύκλωμα για Bass/Tremble 4.Να έχει ικανοποιητική έξοδο για χρήση μπροστά από μικρό ακροατήριο Μετά την κατασκευή του κυκλώματος σε πλακέτα, έπρεπε να ενσωματωθεί σε μικρή φορητή καμπίνα ηχείου. Γι’ αυτό το σκοπό κατασκευάστηκε ξύλινο κουτί με τέτοιες διαστάσεις ώστε να χωρεί μέσα η πλακέτα με το κύκλωμα και ένα ηχείο 8 Ω και ισχύ 15 W. Ακολούθως και ανάλογα με τις δυσκολίες που παρουσιάστηκαν, πάρθηκαν μετρήσεις και έγινε η εξαγωγή συμπερασμάτων για την τελική του απόδοση.

The main purpose of the present thesis is to present and illustrate the manufacture of a portable active speaker with microphone input, as this electronic design may be used for several public needs. The specific gadget already stands out in the market, but due to its high price cost, makes it unavailable for the average consumer society. This built up manufacture has been designed with low cost materials. It has a 12V power supply battery and it is accessible for use by any public user. The purpose of this gadget bridges up the gap between professional and non professional uses that require advanced equipment. After several conclusions, research has been done to choose the most compatible electronic circuit which has been used for the present manufacture built up, following up with the specific criteria. 1.Battery installed for power supply 2.To contain a compatible preamplifier supply 3.To be designed with a tone – control circuit 4.Be able to stand out properly for any public use (In front of a small audience for example) After the electronic PCB manufactured it was installed in a portable speaker cabin. For this purpose a petite custom speaker cabin has been made by wood, hosting the inner parts of this gadget along with a 8Ω / 15W speaker. At a following up stage, several calculations were made and finally conclusions were drawn for the device in order for the manufacture’s final performance.
