Δημιουργία υποδομής τηλεσυνεργασίας μέσω διαδικτύου.

Abstract

Η τηλεσυνεργασία (telecooperation), επίσης γνωστή και ως η δι' υπολογιστού υποστηριζόμενη συνεργασία (computer supported cooperative work CSCW) ή εξοπλισμός ομάδας (groupware) αναφέρεται σ' ένα σύστημα που παρέχει ένα ηλεκτρονικό διαμοιραζόμενο χώρο εργασίας σε χρήστες που είναι γεωγραφικά διασκορπισμένοι με χρήση επικοινωνιών, συνεργασίας και συντονισμού. Η επικοινωνία ομάδας παρέχει ένα ηλεκτρονικό κανάλι στους χρήστες για να ανταλλάσσουν μηνύματα και τους επιτρέπει να συνεργάζονται ανεξάρτητα από το χρόνο και την τοποθεσία. Έχοντας σαν άξονα τα παραπάνω, υλοποιούμε στα πλαίσια αυτής της πτυχιακής μία διαδικτυακή εφαρμογή υποδομής τηλεσυνεργασίας. Το σύστημα παρέχει τα συνιστώμενα μέρη, όπως πολυμεσικό email, δυνατότητα άμεσου μηνύματος, ανταλλαγή προσωπικών δεδομένων σε μορφή vcards καθώς και δημιουργία προσωπικών σημειώσεων σε χρονοδιάγραμμα με τη μορφή ατζέντας (iCal format) και ανταλλαγής αυτών μεταξύ των χρηστών. Η ανάπτυξη της υποδομής υποστηρίζεται από εξυπηρετητή Tomcat και ο σχεδιασμός γίνεται πάνω στις αρχές του ExoPortal, με τα συνιστώμενα μέρη να δημιουργούνται σύμφωνα με τους κανόνες της τεχνολογίας των portlets.

Telecooperation, also known and as the computer supported collaboration (computer supported cooperative work CSCW) or equipment of team (groupware) is reported in a system that provides a electronic distributed working place in users that are geographically scattered with use of communications, collaboration and co-ordination. Communication of team provides a electronic channel for the users for exchange messages and allows in individuals to collaborate independent from per year and the locality. Having as axis more, we materialise in the frames of this final an internet application of telecooperative infrastructure. The system provides the components such as, multimedia mail, instant messaging, vcards private data exchange and creation of personal notes in the calendar (iCal format). The growth of infrastructure are supported by Tomcat and the planning become on the beginnings of ExoPortal, with the recommending parts they are created according to the rules of technology portlets.
