Μηχανογράφηση εφορείας αρχαιοτήτων.

Abstract

Η εφαρμογή των νέων ψηφιακών τεχνολογιών στα μουσεία κάνει δυνατή και καλύτερη την κάλυψη των βασικών λειτουργιών τους,όπως την καταγραφή,την τεκμηρίωση και την μελέτη των αντικειμένων του. Επίσης βοηθά σημαντικά την ενημέρωση των επισκεπτών καθώς και την επικοινωνία μαζί τους κυρίως μέσω του international web 2.0 και online εφαρμογών. Ο τρόπος χρήσης της τεχνολογίας στον χώρο αυτό ερευνάται και αναλύεται συνεχώς με στόχο πάντα την σώστη αξιοποίηση του. Για την μηχανογράφηση της εφορείας τών αρχαιοτήτων ενός μουσείου χρησιμοποιούμε όλα τα εργαλεία μιας βάσης δεδομένων (όπως οντότητες με τα χαρακτηριστικά τους,ER model,πίνακες,φόρμες,ερωτήσεις) , εργαλεία υλοποίησης τους όπως Microsoft Access,PHP, JavaScript και με Screenshots παρουσιάζουμε τα αποτελέσματα των αναζητήσεων μας.

The application of the new digital technologies in museums makes possible and improves the coverage of their basic functions such as the recording, the documentation and the study of their objects. It also greatly assists the informing of their visitors as well as the communication with them mainly through International Web 2.0 and online applications. The usage of technology in this field is constantly being researched and analyzed with the goal of properly utilizing it. For the electronic data processing of the ephorate of antiquities of a museum we use all of the tools of a full data base system (such as entities with their attributes, ER model, tables, forms, queries), implementation tools such as Microsoft Access, PHP, JavaScript and with screenshots we present our search results.
