Λογισμικό διαχείρισης DICOM.

Abstract

Σκοπός της συγκεκριμένης πτυχιακής εργασίας , είναι η ανάλυση των viewers που χρησιμοποιούν εικόνες τύπου DICOM, τα χαρακτηριστικά τους και η παρουσίαση του προγράμματος e-Film. Θα δούμε πως διανέμονται, αποθηκεύονται, διαχειρίζονται και επεξεργάζονται τις ψηφιακές ιατρικές εικόνες τύπου DICOM στο νοσοκομειακό περιβάλλον. Το κίνητρο μας είναι, τόσο η ανάλυση των viewers τύπου DICOM και τα χαρακτηριστικά τους, όσο και η λειτουργία του προγράμματος e-Film που χρησιμοποιούν στο Πανάνειο – Βενιζέλειο Νοσοκομείο, στο τμήμα του Αξονικού Τομογράφου. Στο 1ο κεφάλαιο της πτυχιακής γίνετε μια αναφορά στην εισαγωγή της Ιατρικής Πληροφορικής , της Τηλεϊατρικής και του DICOM (Digital Imaging & Communication in Medicine) δηλ. μεταφορά ψηφιακών εικόνων από ένα πλήθος ιατρικών μηχανημάτων και υπολογιστών που διαθέτουν αυτήν την τεχνολογία. Στο 2ο κεφάλαιο γίνεται μια γενική παρουσίαση του DICOM (έννοιες όπως επικεφαλίδες, πλάτος). Στο 3ο κεφάλαιο γίνεται μια αναλυτική περιγραφή των χαρακτηριστικών όλων των Viewers ξεχωριστά (λογισμικών απεικόνισης ψηφιακών εικόνων) που ασχολούνται με το DICOM σε ελεύθερη χρήση ή ιδιωτική. Στο 4ο κεφάλαιο αναλύεται η δομή και η λειτουργία του προγράμματος με screenshots και εργαλεία. Τέλος, στο 5ο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζεται μια πειραματική επεξεργασία πάνω σε πραγματικές εικόνες DICOM από αξονικό τομογράφο.

The purpose of this particular diplomatic work is the analysis of viewers that make user of images type DICOM, their characteristics and its presentation through a programme e-film .We will see how they are distributed, stored , handle and elaborate the Digital Medical Images type DΙCOM in the hospital’s environment. Our motive is not only the analysis of viewers type DICOM and their characteristics but also the prοcess of the programme e-film that doctors use in the Pananeio – Venizeleio Hospital, in the department of the axial tomography. In the 1st (first) chapter of the diplomatic work there is a reference to the introduction of the Medical Information, of Telemedicine and DICOM (Digital Imaging Communication in Medicine) meaning the transfer of digital images coming from a large number of Medical mechanical appliances and computers that have this technology at their disposal. In the 2nd (second) chapter there is a general presentation of DICOM (meanings like headings, width) In the 3rd (third) chapter there is an analysed description of the characteristics concerning all the Viewers separately (logismic portray of digital images) that are occupied with DICOM in free usage or private. In the 4th (fourth) chapter there is an analysis of the structure and the process of the programme with screenshots and tools. Lastly, in the 5th (fifth) chapter there is a presentation of an experimental processing on real images DICOM from axial tomography.
