Σύστημα διαχείρισης ηλεκτρονικής αποθήκης για την Ελληνική Αστυνομία.

Abstract

Τα τελευταία χρόνια γίνεται ολοένα και πιο έντονη στο χώρο της ηλεκτρονικής διαχείρισης η ανάγκη αναβάθμισης της ποιότητας των προσφερόμενων υπηρεσιών. Για το σκοπό αυτό σημαντική βοήθεια έρχονται να προσφέρουν οι τεχνολογίες των Βάσεων Δεδομένων και η web εφαρμογές. Έτσι, ολοένα και περισσότερές επιχειρήσεις και οργανισμοί υιοθετούν τέτοια συστήματα για την ηλεκτρονική διαχείρισης των πληροφοριών του. Μία τέτοια web εφαρμογή είναι το Σύστημα Διαχείρισης Ηλεκτρονικής Αποθήκης για την Ελληνική Αστυνομία. Η παραπάνω αυτή εφαρμογή έρχεται να προσφέρει καλύτερη διαχείριση στην αποθήκη από τον κλασικό – αναλογικό τρόπο που μέχρι τώρα γινόταν η διαχείριση μιας αποθήκης. Η εφαρμογή ηλεκτρονικής αποθήκης λειτουργεί σε τρία επίπεδα ιεραρχίας, δηλαδή οι υπηρεσίες της Ελληνικής Αστυνομίας που θα την χρησιμοποιούν θα είναι το Αρχηγείο Ελληνικής Αστυνομίας, οι Αστυνομικές Διευθύνσεις και τα Αστυνομικά Τμήματα. Οι υπηρεσίες αυτές διαχωρίζονται σε κάποια επίπεδα ιεραρχίας, επίπεδό 1 είναι το Αρχηγείο Ελληνικής Αστυνομίας, επίπεδο 2 είναι οι Αστυνομικές Διευθύνσεις και επίπεδο 3 είναι τα Αστυνομικά Τμήματα. Ο κάθε χρήστης ανάλογος με την υπηρεσία του και το επίπεδο ιεραρχίας έχει διαφορετικά δικαιώματα στην εφαρμογή και διαχειρίζεται διαφορετικά στοιχεία σε σχέση με χρήστες με διαφορετικά δικαιώματα, για παράδειγμα ένα χρήστης που η υπηρεσία του είναι το Αρχηγείο Ελληνικής Αστυνομίας έχει όλες τις ιδιότητες που έχει ένα απλός χρήστης αλλά επιπλέων μπορεί να εγκρίνει παραγγελίες, αιτήματα υλικού, να προσθέτει προμηθευτές και προϊόντα. Όλα τα παραπάνω θα παρουσιαστούν παρακάτω με καλαίσθητο και ευανάγνωστο εποπτικό υλικό για την καλύτερη επεξήγηση και κατανόηση τους.

The rapid evolution of technology combined with the need for easy access and management of information led to the creation of computerized management systems. These systems are finding ever increasing applications in the area of business and public organizations. All service sailer have a system where a database and store and manage data (eg people, vehicles, things etc) that make up the company / organization. One of these is the Electronic Warehouse Management System for the Greek Police, which extends the traditional warehouse management a new features and functions. This paper deals with this area and in particular to the study, design and implementation of an Electronic Warehouse Management System. The application is implemented and web-based technologies such as PHP and SQL. It addresses a range of services are divided into three hierarchical levels where comparable in most every level is the service and can manage other services hierarchically inferior. It includes data on users, the materials contained in a store and quantity. There can order products from suppliers and transport materials from other services. Based on the above, the application developed is user friendly and meets all the usability. The importance of the application is that the data is stored securely in a database and are always available to every user who handles the warehouse. Also strong emphasis on creating an intuitive management interface which can handle the user without requiring specific knowledge of computers. This paper is structured into 5 chapters. Their purpose is to present the theoretical background with a concise manner as regards the technological aspect. Thus, this paper first describes the role of databases which are widely used in any information system, then presents various tools that can build a system that provides electronic management connected to a database. Finally we will develop the design, implementation and presentation of Electronic Warehouse Management System for the Greek Police.
