Μηχανοργάνωση μεσιτικού γραφείου.

Abstract

Σκοπός της συγκεκριμένης πτυχιακής είναι η δημιουργία μίας ιστοσελίδας μεσιτικού γραφείου, με τη δυνατότητα συνεργασίας με εξωτερικό πρόγραμμα της Orbit το οποίο χρησιμοποιεί ήδη η επιχείρηση για την αποθήκευση δεδομένων. Η ιστοσελίδα της εφαρμογής Estate Agent Improved δίνει τη δυνατότητα στους εξουσιοδοτημένους χρήστες να εισάγουν ακίνητα, πληκτρολογώντας τα στοιχεία τους, ή φορτώνοντας τα από το αρχείο XML που εξάγει το πρόγραμμα της Orbit. Για τη σύνδεση του προγράμματος με την ιστοσελίδα, έχουν χρησιμοποιηθεί γλώσσες προγραμματισμού HTML, PHP, και Javascript. Η ιστοσελίδα έχει σχεδιαστεί με το σύστημα διαχείρισης περιεχομένου Joomla! στο οποίο έχει προστεθεί η εφαρμογή EAI. Στον κώδικα της εφαρμογής έγιναν οι κατάλληλες τροποποιήσεις ώστε να παρέχει τα απαραίτητα εργαλεία για την προσθήκη ακίνητου και τη δημιουργία κατηγοριών ακινήτων στο back end αλλά και προβολή των ακινήτων στο front end της ιστοσελίδας. Σαν αποτέλεσμα, ο πελάτης που θα επισκεφθεί την ιστοσελίδα, θα μπορέσει με ευκολία να βρει το ακίνητο που επιθυμεί με ποικίλους τρόπους και να δει λεπτομερώς τα στοιχεία του, να διαβάσει τα τελευταία μεσιτικά νέα που έχει αναρτήσει το γραφείο, ή να επικοινωνήσει απευθείας με αυτό, μέσω φόρμας επικοινωνίας.

The purpose of this project is to create a real estate website, which will have the possibility of cooperating with an external program, called "Orbit", already in use by the company for (storing) saving data. The website, through the Estate Agent Improved component will give the opportunity to registered users to create new house entries, inserting their details manually, or by loading them from the XML file, which is exported by Orbit. The linking of this website to the external program is achieved with the use of three scripting languages; HTML, PHP and Javascript. The website has been designed with the content management system (CMS) Joomla to which the EAI component has been added. The proper adjustments have been made to the content code so that it can provide the necessary tools to be used to effect addition of a property and its categories at the back end of the web site and the projection of properties at the website‟s front end. As a result, the client who will visit this website will be able to find the property he wants easily by various ways and even see more details of it. He will also be able to read the latest real estate news that will have been posted by the company or to come into contact directly with it, through a contact form.
