Συντήρηση και προβλήματα λειτουργίας συστημάτων υγρής χρωματογραφίας (HPLC).

Abstract

Σκοπός της παρούσας πτυχιακής εργασίας είναι η βελτίωση της ποιότητας εργασίας του χειριστή υγρής χρωματογραφίας και η εξειδίκευση του χειριστή στην αντιμετώπιση προβλημάτων λειτουργίας και συντήρησης. Ως βάση μελέτης για την ανάλυση των προβλημάτων χρησιμοποιήθηκε το σύστημα υγρής χρωματογραφίας SPECTRA PHYSICS SP8800. Γενικά τα συστήματα υγρής χρωματογραφίας παρουσιάζουν μεγάλη οργανολογική πολυπλοκότητα, λόγω του ότι συνδυάζουν ποικίλα μέλη (αντλίες, ηλεκτρονικά εξαρτήματα, ανιχνευτές κ.ά.), που εμπίπτουν σε διαφορετικά τεχνολογικά πεδία. Λόγω της πολυπλοκότητας τους η αντιμετώπιση βλαβών και προβλημάτων είναι μια εξαιρετικά δύσκολη διαδικασία. Οι στόχοι που υλοποιήθηκαν με την παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία είναι: I. Ανάλυση και ταξινόμηση των προβλημάτων που παρουσιάζονται κατά την χρήση του συστήματος υγρής χρωματογραφίας. II. Τεχνική ανάλυση των τμημάτων κι εξαρτημάτων που αποτελούν ένα σύστημα της υγρής χρωματογραφίας. III. Η αντιμετώπιση εμφάνισης των πιθανών προβλημάτων στην λειτουργία του συστήματος της υγρής χρωματογραφίας. IV. Τεχνικές οδηγίες για τη συντήρηση του συστήματος υγρής χρωματογραφίας και την βελτιστοποίηση της λειτουργίας του. V. Η δημιουργία ενός ηλεκτρονικού εγχειριδίου αντιμετώπισης προβλημάτων (troubleshooting) και συντήρησης (maintenance) ως βοήθημα για τον χειριστή της υγρής χρωματογραφίας.

The aim of this diploma project was to help the user of liquid chromatography to improve his qualitative work in the laboratory and his skills in solving problems of maintenance and function problems, such as liquid chromatography system. It was used the liquid chromatography system SP 8800 of Spectra Physics Co. as a base for the analysis of all the problems than can appear in a system of liquid chromatography. The most systems of liquid chromatography present major complexity because of the combination parts of different technical fields (pumps, detectors, electronic). So because of this complexity solving problems, causes and damages is a difficult procedure for the user of liquid chromatography system. The need of these problems made the programming in base of Access 2000 of Microsoft Office. The program is called Help Troubleshooting Guide. In this program everything has classified, analyzed and categorized, so that will help the user of liquid chromatography to have instant access in any problems, causes and of course in their solutions. In brief, the aims of the present diploma project may be summarized as following: I. Analysis and classification of the problems and causes that are present in liquid chromatography systems. II. Technical analysis of the parts of the liquid chromatography system. III. Information and advises for the repair and for preventative maintenance of taking the necessary action as required, in order to maintain all system in best conditions. IV. The creation of a manual and guide problems & maintenance for the systems of liquid chromatography for pc.
