Εγχειρίδιο συντήρησης για γεωργικά μηχανήματα.

Abstract

Στόχος της παρούσας εργασίας είναι να δώσει στον αναγνώστη τα βασικά βήματα που πρέπει να ακολουθήσει ώστε να συντάξει το δικό του εγχειρίδιο ανάλογα με το σκοπό του εντύπου. Αν και υπάρχουν διάφορα είδη εγχειριδίων προτείνεται μια σειρά βημάτων τα οποία οφείλει ένας σχεδιαστής να ακολουθεί όπως τον τεχνικό σχεδιασμό του προϊόντος, την αλληλεπίδραση χρήστη-προϊόντος, τις προειδοποιήσεις πάνω στο προϊόν, καθώς και οδηγίες για την απόρριψη και την συσκευασία του. Την αναφορά των χαρακτηριστικών που πρέπει να πληρεί ένα εγχειρίδιο ακολουθεί ως παράδειγμα η συγγραφή ενός εγχειριδίου συντήρησης για γεωργικά μηχανήματα σε συνεργασία με την εταιρεία Yamastik. Μέσα από την παρούσα εργασία διαπιστώνεται πως η ενασχόληση με ένα εγχειρίδιο δεν σταματά με το τέλος της συγγραφής του αλλά πρέπει να απασχολεί τον υπεύθυνο του συνεχώς, για αυτό τα αρχικά στάδια σχεδιασμού και οργάνωσης ενός εγχειριδίου βοηθούν όχι μόνο στην πορεία σύνταξής του αλλά και τη μετέπειτα εξέλιξη του εντύπου.

In the past, during the facility design phases, it was uncommon to devote substantial resources to life-cycle and maintenance of equipment. However, today manufactures pay lot of attention to the maintenance and proper functioning of a product. Aiming at the dissemination of information relative to the proper use, operation, maintenance and disposal of a product, the manufacturers give a part of their resources to create manuals, which provide all the necessary information. It is important each type of manual to be well designed, relevant and update to its comprising instructions, in order to be usable for the reader. There are some basics in design and writing of a manual that a writer has to follow, independently of its type. The aim of this project is to propose to a manual-writer some of the basic steps in order to prepare a manual according to his purpose. Although there are many different types of manuals, there is a sequence of steps that a writer has to follow like, the technical design of product, the interaction user - product, the warnings and instructions of disposal and packaging. Instead of the above parameters, some characteristics relative to the structure and format of the manual are also very important. An author should aim at designing and writing a manual which aims to inform the reader and not just to impress, weakening its role. In this project there is a maintenance manual of agricultural machinery in collaboration with Yamastik company, applying the referent parameters. As it is important to maintain a mechanical product, the maintenance and continuous updating of manual contents also play a key role in its usability.
