Ενεργειακή διαχείριση κτιρίων και σύγκριση συμβατικών συστημάτων θέρμανσης.

Abstract

Η παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία αποσκοπεί στον υπολογισμό θερμικών απωλειών κατοικίας η οποία βρίσκεται στο Ηράκλειο της Κρήτης. Επιπλέον αναφέρεται η μελέτη και ο τρόπος εγκατάστασης ενδοδαπέδιου συστήματος θέρμανσης. Παρουσιάζει τις συγκρίσεις συμβατικών συστημάτων θέρμανσης σε συνδυασμό με το ενδοδαπέδιο σύστημα θέρμανσης προκειμένου να εξασφαλιστεί μία οικονομικότερη και αποδοτικότερη λύση. Η εργασία αποτελείται από πέντε κεφάλαια. Κεφάλαιο 1:Περιλαμβάνει την περιγραφή μεθόδων εξοικονόμησης ενέργειας κτιρίου. Κεφάλαιο 2: Αναφέρεται στον υπολογισμό του συντελεστή της θερμοπερατότητας και στις απώλειες θέρμανσης του κτιρίου. Κεφάλαιο 3: Παρουσιάζεται η επιλογή και ο τρόπος εγκατάστασης συστήματος θέρμανσης του κτιρίου. Κεφάλαιο 4:Αναλύει τα συμβατικά συστήματα θέρμανσης σε συνδυασμό με το ενδοδαπέδιο σύστημα θέρμανσης. Κεφάλαιο 5: Παρατίθενται οι συγκρίσεις των συμβατικών συστημάτων θέρμανσης και τα συμπεράσματα της εξ’ ολοκλήρου μελέτης της εργασίας.

Principal aim of this project is the heating losses’ estimation of a building which is located in Heraklion of Crete, Greece. Additionally, it was considered important to be presented by the candidate, the meditation and installation procedure of the under floor heating system. Also, the project illustrates and describes comparisons between conventional heating systems and the examined under floor in order to provide evidence for a less costly and efficient central heating solution. The remainder of this project is structured as follows: Chapter 1. It contains the building energy saving management methods. Chapter 2. Here, the candidate considered crucial to present the computation rate of heat transfer and losses of a building. Chapter 3. It is included the choice and the installation – implementation procedure of the heating system of a building. Chapter 4. It comprises comparisons and it sheds more light between conventional and under floor heating systems of a building construction. Chapter 5. It is presented by the candidate the aforementioned comparisons’ findings. Finally the project is concluded by providing useful remarks.
