Σκοπός της μελέτης είναι η διερεύνηση παθογένειας νέας απομόνωσης, η εξέταση του φαινοτύπου και η διερεύνηση παθογένειας στο ζιζάνιο Στραμώνιο. | el |
| dc.description.abstract | The bacterium Xanthomonas campestris pv. vesicatoria cause the worldwide disease bacterial spot of pepper and tomatoes plants which is one of the more important bacterial diseases on these vegetables. In Greece, it was appeared in 1976 in tomato fruits in the region of Thessaloniki, without isolation of the pathogen. The bacterium Xanthomonas campestris pv. vesicatoria was isolated for the first time in Greece in 2003 from seedlings of pepper plants in Crete. Aim of this study is to investigate the pathogenicity of new strains of the pathogen on differents hybrids and cultivars cultivated in Greece and the establisment of the phenotypical profil of the bacterium. Finally we examinate the pathogenicity of strains on the weed plant Datura stramonium. | en |
