Χρηματοδότηση μέσω του ΧΑΑ, κλάδος κατασκευών, "Alpha Bank - Eurobank".

Abstract

Σκοπός της συγκεκριμένης πτυχιακής εργασίας είναι να ερευνηθούν τα ιστορικά στοιχεία, τα θεμελιώδη μεγέθη και οι χρονοσειρές του Γενικού Δείκτη, του Τραπεζικού Κλάδου και των εταιριών Alpha Bank και Eurobank. Στη συνέχεια θα προταθεί η βέλτιστη επένδυση για τον Θεσμικό Επενδυτή, τον trader και τον Μηχανολόγο επενδυτή. Η οργάνωση της πτυχιακής εργασίας περιέχει 3 κεφάλαια: 1. Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο ερευνούμε την ιστορία του Χρηματιστηρίου Αξιών Αθηνών, του Τραπεζικού Κλάδου, της Alpha Bank και της Eurobank. 2. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο κάνουμε τη θεμελιώδη ανάλυση της Alpha Bank και της Eurobank. 3. Στο τρίτο και τελευταίο κεφάλαιο γίνεται ανάλυση των δεικτών του Γενικού Δείκτη, του Τραπεζικού Κλάδου, της Alpha Bank και της Eurobank ανά τρεις μήνες και ανά έτος από το 2008 έως το 2012. Στη συνέχεια εξετάζουμε τα στοιχεία, τα δεδομένα και τα διαγράμματα και προτείνουμε για κάθε είδος επενδυτή την βέλτιστη επένδυση.

The purpose of this dissertation is to research the historical data, the fundamental sizes and the time series of the General Index, the Banking Sector and the companies Alpha Bank and Eurobank. Then we will recommend the best investment for the Institutional Investor, for the Trader and for the Mechanical investor. The organization of the dissertation includes three chapters: 1. In the first chapter we research the history of the Athens Stock Exchange, the history of Banking Sector and the history of Alpha Bank and Eurobank. 2. In the second chapter we make the fundamental analysis of Alpha Bank and Eurobank. 3. Finally, in the third chapter is the analysis of the indicators of the General Index, of the Banking Sector and of the companies Alpha Bank and Eurobank per three months and per year since 2008 to 2012. After, considering the above data and charts we recommend for each kind of investors the best investment.
