| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα εργασία έχει ως κύριο στόχο να παρουσιάσει, με αφορμή όλες τις αναφορές που θα γίνουν, μία σύντομη σχετικά περιγραφή του θεσμού ακίνητης περιουσίας, με κεντρικό σημείο αναφοράς τις ανώνυμες εταιρείες επένδυσης ακίνητης περιουσίας και κυρίως το σύγχρονο τρόπο λειτουργίας και συμμετοχής τους στη συνεχώς εξελισσόμενη αγορά. Η καθαρή επίδραση της μειωμένης χρηματοδότησης θα συνείσφερε στη γενική μείωση της οικονομικής δραστηριότητας. Η διαθεσιμότητα κεφαλαίων στα κατάλληλα άτομα είναι απαραίτητη για να αναπτυχθεί και να ευημερήσει η οικονομία. | el |
