Χρηματοοικονομική ανάλυση ναυτιλιακών εταιρειών και δεικτών.

Abstract

Η παρούσα εργασία έχει ως στόχο την ανάλυση τεσσάρων βασικών κατηγοριών εμπορικών πλοίων του παγκόσμιου θαλάσσιου εμπορίου, τη σύγκρισή τους με τη χρήση χρηματοοικονομικών αριθμοδεικτών και του οικονομετρικού προγράμματος eviews με σκοπό την εύρεση των θετικών και αρνητικών σημείων κάθε μιας κατηγορίας πλοίων. Κατόπιν πρόκειται να αναλυθούν οι τέσσερεις κλαδικοί ναυτιλιακοί δείκτες που χαρακτηρίζουν τις τέσσερεις κατηγορίες πλοίων ως προς τον κύριο ναυτιλιακό δείκτη που συμβάλλουν για τη σύστασή του μέσω του προγράμματος eviews. Οι ναυτιλιακοί δείκτες λόγω του ότι χρησιμοποιούνται για την καλύτερη ανάλυση της πορείας του ναυτιλιακού κλάδου, πρόκειται να δούμε κατά πόσο επηρεάζουν και επηρεάζονται από τις ναυτιλιακές εταιρείες που έχουν συμβάλλει για τη σύστασή τους.

This project aims to analyze the four main categories of merchant vessels of the world seaborne trade, comparing them with financial ratios and econometric program eviews to find the positive and negative points of each category of vessels. Following analyze the four sectoral maritime indicators that characterize the four classes of ships on the principal maritime marker contributing to its creation through the eviews. Maritime indicators because they used to better analysis of the state of the shipping industry, is to see whether they affect and are affected by the shipping companies that have contributed to their establishment. The selection of the particular subject was because nowadays we see that the shipping industry besides being one of the main forces of the economy, we observe that invested large funds for the development of the sector. Therefore this research is to help all stakeholders including shipping companies around the world, the banks lending to shipping insurers, investors are shareholders in companies and shipowners, having a complete picture for the best placement of funds.
