| dc.description.abstract | Στη πτυχιακή εργασία προσδιορίζεται ο σκοπός της αξίας μιας επιχείρησης μέσω της αποτίμησης, που είναι αφενός ο υπολογισμός της παρούσας αξίας της και αφετέρου μια κατά το δυνατό ικανοποιητική πρόβλεψη της μελλοντικής της επίδοσης, λαμβάνοντας υπόψη στους υπολογισμούς αυτούς τους παράγοντες της αβεβαιότητας και του κινδύνου. Επίσης παρουσιάζονται τα βήματα της πράξης αποτίμησης αναλυτικά καθώς και τα σπουδαιότερα υποδείγματα αποτίμησης. Τέλος, αναφέρονται εμπειρικά πως εφαρμόζονται τα υποδείγματα αυτά στην εταιρεία Creta Farms. | el |
| dc.description.abstract | The dissertation paper refers to the valuation of a company through the calculation of its present value. It includes also the estimation of the future cash flows taking into consideration the factor of risk. In addition the steps of the valuation are presented and the most common used methods. In the practical part the Value of Creta Farm is calculated by applying different methods of valuation. | en |
