| dc.description.abstract | Στόχος της παρούσας εργασίας είναι να γίνει αναφορά στους τρόπους συγχωνεύσεως των επιχειρήσεων. Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο γίνεται μία εισαγωγή για την έννοια της συγχωνεύσεως, τους λόγους και τα κίνητρα που οδηγούν σε αυτήν. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο αναφέρεται η διαδικασία της συγχώνευσης, κατά περίπτωση. Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο γίνεται μνεία για τους νόμους που διέπουν και ορίζουν τη διαδικασία της συγχώνευσης. Ενώ η πτυχιακή αυτή εργασία κλείνει με το τέταρτο κεφάλαιο το οποίο ασχολείται τις συνέπειες που έχει η διαδικασία της συγχώνευσης σε επιχειρήσεις και μετόχους. | el |

In the first chapter the reader will be introduced to the concept of merging, the reasons and motivations that lead to it. The second chapter refers to the process of merging, if applicable. The third chapter is a reference to the laws that govern and define the process of merging. Finally this thesis work ends with the fourth chapter which relates to the implications of the process of merging companies and shareholders. | en |
