| dc.description.abstract | Στην παρούσα εργασία διερευνάται η εξέλιξη των δημόσιων και ιδιωτικών δαπανών υγείας. Επιπροσθέτως, αναλύεται η σημασία και η βαρύτητα των επιμέρους πηγών χρηματοδότησης του συστήματος, και ιδιαίτερα της φορολογίας, της κοινωνικής ασφάλισης, των ιδιωτικών πληρωμών και της προαιρετικής ασφάλισης υγείας. Στη συνέχεια, η μελέτη επικεντρώνεται στη σχέση αγοραστών και προμηθευτών υπηρεσιών υγείας και στις μεθόδους αποζημίωσης των μονάδων παροχής υπηρεσιών και των επαγγελματιών υγείας. Σκοπός της εργασίας αυτής είναι να αναδείξει τα προβλήματα και την αναχρονιστικότητα των μορφών χρηματοδότησης του υγειονομικού τομέα. | el |

In addition, it analyzes the importance and gravity of the various sources of financing, particularly taxation, social security, private payments and voluntary health insurance. Then, the study focuses on the relationship of health services buyers and suppliers in the methods of compensation units for services and health professionals.
