Η χρηματοδότηση των μικρομεσαίων επιχειρήσεων στην Ελλάδα.

Abstract

Οι μικρομεσαίες επιχειρήσεις (Μ.Μ.Ε.) παίζουν σημαντικό ρόλο στην οικονομία μιας χώρας καθότι αποτελούν το μεγαλύτερο μέρος των επιχειρήσεων ( 98% περίπου για την Ελλάδα) και δημιουργούν τις περισσότερες θέσεις εργασίας. Η συγκεκριμένη πτυχιακή εργασία, αποτέλεσε το αντικείμενο μελέτης μου για ένα αρκετά μεγάλο διάστημα και θεωρώ ότι διαδραματίζει σημαντικό ρόλο στην μετέπειτα επαγγελματική μου πορεία διότι εξετάζει ένα ιδιαίτερα καίριο θέμα για το γνωστικό αντικείμενο της λογιστική. Στόχος της παρούσας πτυχιακής εργασίας είναι να παρουσιάσει στοιχεία σχετικά με τον προσδιορισμό των Μ.Μ.Ε. από άποψη ορισμού, σύμφωνα με την Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση, και το προφίλ τους αλλά και η εξέλιξη της Ελληνικής οικονομίας κατά την τελευταία δεκαετία, που φυσικά επηρεάζει σημαντικά και την εξέλιξη των Μ.Μ.Ε. Επίσης η παρούσα μελέτη στοχεύει στην ανάλυση των μεθόδων τραπεζικής χρηματοδότησης, που περιλαμβάνουν τον βραχυπρόθεσμο και μακροπρόθεσμο δανεισμόκαι της χρηματοοικονομικής συμπεριφορά των μεταποιητικών Μ.Μ.Ε. για την περίοδο 2008-2014. Σκοπός είναι επίσης να παρουσιαστούν οι λοιπές μορφές χρηματοδότησης Μ.Μ.Ε. όπως η αύξηση μετοχικού κεφαλαίου, η Χρηματοδοτική Μίσθωση (Leasing), η πρακτόρευση απαιτήσεων (Factoring), τα Κεφάλαια Επιχειρηματικών Συμμετοχών (Venture Capital) και οι Ιδιώτες επενδυτές (Business Angels) και να γίνει μια κριτική και συγκριτική παρουσίαση της χρηματοδότησης των Μ.Μ.Ε. στην Ελλάδα και της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης.

This thesis was part of our undergraduate studies and we consider it as a particularly crucial issue in accounting for studies. SMEs are important for the Greek economy and their viability and performance depends on their financing. The aim of this thesis is to present in detail the current situation and the full definitions of the S.M.E., to analyze financial data and funding and whether the development of S.M.E.’s in Greece is in line with that abroad. Besides the S.M.E. is the main driver for the Greek economy, at least in the current state, and their financial analysis and viability is particularly important for the Greek economy. The aim of this thesis is to present information on the identification of the S.M.E.s in terms of definition, according to the European Union, and their profile and the development of Greek economy over the last decade, which naturally affects significantly the evolution of the S.M.E.s. Also, the present study aims to analyze the bank financing methods, including the short and long-term debt and financial behavior of process of the S.M.E.s for the period 2008-2014. The aim is also to present other forms of financing of the S.M.E.s as the share capital increase, Leasing, Factoring, Venture Capital and private investors (Business Angels) and to start a critical and comparative presentation of the financing of MM .E. in Greece and the European Union.
