Οι διαδικασίες επιλογής προσωπικού στις επιχειρήσεις.

Abstract

Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο γίνεται μία γενική αναφορά στην διαχείριση ανθρωπίνων πόρων και τη σημασία τους. Το δεύτερο κεφάλαιο αναφέρεται στη διαδικασία προσέλκυσης προσωπικού η οποία προηγείται και είναι απαραίτητη για να πραγματοποιηθεί η διαδικασία της επιλογής. Το κύριο μέρος της εργασίας αναπτύσσεται στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο. Στην αρχή παρατίθεται ο ορισμός της επιλογής προσωπικού. Στη συνέχεια ο σκοπός, οι προϋποθέσεις για μια αποτελεσματική επιλογή προσωπικού και τα κριτήρια επιλογής που τυπικά χρησιμοποιούνται στις επιχειρήσεις. Στο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο αναλύεται η έρευνα που πραγματοποιήθηκε στις επιχειρήεσις παραγωγής ηλεκτρισμού και ηλεκτρικών συσκευών στο νομό Ηρακλείου για την εφαρμογή των διαδικασιών επιλογής προσωπικού. Αναφέρεται η μεθοδολογία της έρευνας και η ανάλυση των αποτελεσμάτων της. Στο πέμπτο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζονται τα συμπεράσματα που προέκυψαν από τη μελέτη της βιβλιογραφίας και τις αναλύσεις των αποτελεσμάτων της έρευνας.

In the first chapter becomes a general report in the Management of Human Resources and her importance. The second chapter is reported in the process of attracting of personnel which precedes and is essential in order to realized the procedure of selection personnel.he main part is developed in the third chapter. In the beginning is mentioned the definition of selection personnel. Afterwards the aim, the conditions for a effective choice of personnel and the criteria of choice that are formally used by the businesses. Still are analyzed the stages that have prevailed worldwide for the process of selection personnel and which lead to the final choice of candidate. In the fourth chapter is analyzed the research that was realised in the businesses of production electricity and electric appliances in the Heraklion for the application of procedure of selection personnel. Are reported the methodology of research and the analysis of results of research. In the fifth and last chapter are presented the conclusions that resulted from the study of bibliography and the analyses of results of research.
