| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία θα εξετάσει το φαινόμενο του εργασιακού άγχους και πως αυτό επιδρά στην ψυχική και σωματική υγεία των εργαζόμενων αλλά και στην απόδοση τους σε καθημερινή βάση. Στη συνέχεια της παρούσας πτυχιακής εργασίας θα διερευνηθούν τα επίπεδα εργασιακής δέσμευσης και του εργασιακού άγχους σε εργαζόμενους τραπεζικών υποκαταστημάτων στην Κρήτη και θα διερευνηθεί η συσχέτιση ανάμεσα στην εργασιακή δέσμευση και το εργασιακό άγχος, ευελπιστώντας να συνεισφέρει στον τομέα της Διαχείρισης Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού στον τραπεζικό κλάδο. | el |
