Επανεξέταση των αντιλήψεων των πελατών ασφαλιστικών υπηρεσιών για την ποιότητα των παρεχόμενων σε αυτούς υπηρεσιών.

Abstract

Η παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία θα πραγματωθεί με την "Επανεξέταση των αντιλήψεων των πελατών ασφαλιστικών υπηρεσιών για την ποιοτητα των παρεχόμενων σε αυτούς υπηρεσιών". Βασικός άξονας της ανάλυσής μας είναι οι απαιτήσεις - αντιλήψεις ενός ιδιαίτερα συνειδητοποιημένου, όπως αποδεικνύεται παρακάτω, πελατολογίου ασφαλιστικών προϊόντων και οι σχέσεις αλληλεξάρτησης με την ελληνική ασφαλιστική βιομηχανία. Παράλληλα, θα προσπαθήσουμε να καταδείξουμε την τυχόν εξελικτική χρονικά πορεία αυτών των αντιλήψεων, την πιθανόν μεταβλητότητα τους σε σχέση με τα σύγχρονα κοινωνικοοικονομικά κριτήρια και την προσαρμογή τους σε ένα ιδιαίτερα αντίξοο οικονομικά περιβάλλον. Η έρευνά μας βασίστηκε στην ανάλυση ενός κατάλληλα διαμορφωμένου ερωτηματολογίου που συμπληρώθηκε από ανώνυμο κοινό.

This thesis would mean "review of concepts of customers insurance services on the quality of services offered to service'. Main axis of our analysis are the requirements of a particular conscientious, as evidenced below, listed insurance products and the interdependency with the Greek insurance industry. At the same time, we will try to demonstrate the evolutionary time course of these concepts, the likely volatility in relation to modern socio-economic criteria and customizing them in a very difficult economic environment. Our research is based on analysis of a appropriate shaped questionnaire, completed by an anonymous audience.
