| dc.description.abstract | Αρχικά η εργασία αναλύει το φαινόμενο της υπερθέρμανσης χώρων όπου αναφέρει τις επιπτώσεις της υπερθέρμανσης, την ανθρώπινη ευθύνη καθώς και μέτρα επίλυσης του προβλήματος. Έπειτα εστιάζει στο φαινόμενο υπέρψυξης χώρων, τα προβλήματα που προκαλεί καθώς και λύσεις. Τέλος αναλύει το φαινόμενο του υπερφωτισμού και την κατάλληλη επιλογή φωτιστικών-φωτισμού για την αποφυγή προβλημάτων. Κλείνοντας αναφέρεται στην εξοικονόμηση ενέργειας μέσα από σενάρια με βασικό κριτήριο την ανθρώπινη συμπεριφορά. | el |

Then finally the phenomenon of overlighting as well us the oppropriate choice of lighting in different spaces for any avoidance of problems is analyzed.
