Location recording με σκοπό την παραγωγή CD single.

Abstract

Στην εργασία αυτή υλοποιήθηκε πολυκάναλη ηχογράφηση με τη μέθοδο overdubbing με σκοπό την ηχητική καταγραφή μικρού μουσικού συνόλου με φωνή (αντρική και γυναικεία) σε συγκεκριμένο χώρο (Location Recording), (αίθουσα Ωδείου Ρεθύμνου-Μιναρές) καταγράφοντας παράλληλα τα ηχητικά χαρακτηριστικά του χώρου αυτού χρησιμοποιώντας κατάλληλες μικροφωνικές διατάξεις (stereo τεχνικές). Κατ’ επέκταση δίνονται αναλυτικά πληροφορίες για όλα τα στάδια που ακολουθήθηκαν ώστε να την υλοποιηθεί η εργασία που αφορούν: τους μουσικούς-τραγουδιστές που συνέβαλαν και την κράτηση του χώρου που χρησιμοποιήθηκε, τον εξοπλισμό ηχογράφησης και την καλωδίωση του, τα όποια προβλήματα παρουσιάστηκαν με την επίλυσή τους και τέλος τον τρόπο ηχογράφησης-editing-μίξης-mastering καθενός εκ των δυο φοιτητών, μέχρι την καταγραφή των τελικών stereo αρχείων στο τελικό CD ήχου.

In this project the implementation of a multichannel recording took place using the method of overdubbing in order to record a small music band with male and female vocals in a specific location (Location Recording), (Conservatory of Rethymno-Minares hall). Alongside the music band recording, we also recorded the hall’s sound characteristics using appropriate microphone set-ups known as “stereo techniques”. Subsequently, we mention analytically all the information about the stages that followed in order to fulfill the project’s demands concerning: the musicians-singers contributed along with the hall arrangement, the recording equipment and the block diagram, the problems we had to deal with and the solution given and the recording-editing-mixing-mastering style each of both students until the recording of the final stereo files on the final audio CD.
