| dc.description.abstract | Σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας είναι να παρουσιαστεί η έννοια της εργασίας και της αμοιβής ενός εργαζόμενου. Θα παρουσιαστούν οι έννοιες της εργασίας του μισθού και πως αυτός αναλύεται στις συνολικές αποδοχές, τις κρατήσεις τις εργοδοτικές εισφορές. Θα παρουσιαστεί η έννοια του βασικού μισθού και πως αυτός καθορίζεται από την εκάστοτε πολιτική της κυβέρνησης, καθώς και οι διαφορές των αποδοχών με τα διάφορα επιδόματα που υπήρχαν και υπάρχουν σήμερα. Στο δεύτερο μέρος θα παρουσιαστεί μια πλήρη μισθοδοσία ενός υπαλλήλου ο οποίος εργάζεται 25 ημέρες τον μήνα (5νθήμερη εργασία) και ενός ωρομίσθιου υπαλλήλου που ο μισθός του υπολογίζεται με βάση τις ώρες που εργάστηκε μέσα στον μήνα. | el |
| dc.description.abstract | In this project we will present the concept of work and remuneration of a worker. Here will be presented the concepts of wage work and how this is analyzed in total earnings, deductions and employer's contributions. Will be presented the concept of basic salary and determined by the policy of the government, as well as the differences in pay with the various allowances that exist and exist today. In the second part there will be a full salary of an employee who works 25 days a month (a 5-day job) and an hourly employee whose salary is calculated based on the hours worked during the month. | en |
