This present final work has aim the study and recording of soil living fauna, between two ecosystems (Cupressus and Eucalyptus). We selected these two plant types, because the first one (Cupressus) is autochthonous in Crete, while the Eucalyptus is imported plant species in Crete but also in Europe more generally. The main question is if the Eucalyptus, it has influenced the organisms that constitute the soil living fauna, because it is not connected by no means with the evolutionary course of particular organisms. By similar examples, wherever we had importation a such species (plant or animal) in an ecosystem, we have seen that usually we have degradation of ecosystem. The reason was that such species they do not have competitors or predators, and finding somewhere elsewhere appropriate conditions they are multiplied without control dominated in the ecosystem. Studying the diversity and the abundance of soil living fauna they can be acquired certain conclusions on the situation of ecosystems and more specifically on the demographic reactions of animal taxa in them. The presence or no of certain types, that are considered ecological indicators, gives also important clues on the situation of ecosystems.en
