Αρχική περιβαλλοντική ανασκόπηση για την ανάπτυξη συστήματος περιβαλλοντικής διαχείρισης σύμφωνα με το ISO 14001: Εφαρμογή σε βιομηχανία Ζωοτροφών.

Abstract

Στόχος της πτυχιακής εργασία είναι ο εντοπισμός των περιβαλλοντικών πλευρών και επιπτώσεων στην συγκεκριμένη βιομηχανία ζωοτροφών καθώς και η καταγραφή των σημαντικών αυτών πλευρών και επιπτώσεων σε κάθε στάδιο λειτουργίας της βιομηχανίας, σύμφωνα με τις απαιτήσεις της φάσης της αρχικής περιβαλλοντικής ανασκόπησης του ISO 14001. Για την επιτυχή εκπόνηση της πτυχιακής εργασίας ακολουθήθηκε η μεθοδολογία της λήψης συνεντεύξεων με τους υπεύθυνους της διοίκησης, μηχανικούς του τμήματος παραγωγής και άλλων τμημάτων όπως και με εργαζόμενους σε κάθε τμήμα της βιομηχανίας, έγινε καταγραφή των περιβαλλοντικών πλευρών, συμπλήρωση πινάκων εντοπισμού περιβαλλοντικών επιπτώσεων, πινάκων και διαγραμμάτων καταγραφής της υπάρχουσας κατάστασης, της οργανωτικής δομής, της παραγωγικής διαδικασίας και του σταδίου ολοκλήρωσης του τελικού προϊόντος της βιομηχανίας. Ως εκ τούτου, τα περιεχόμενα της πτυχιακής εργασίας περιλαμβάνουν βιβλιογραφική ανασκόπηση που αφορά συστήματα περιβαλλοντικής διαχείρισης, περιγραφή της υπάρχουσας περιβαλλοντικής διαχείρισης της βιομηχανίας την οποία εξετάζουμε, αναφορά στην περιβαλλοντική νομοθεσία και περιγραφή της αρχικής περιβαλλοντικής ανασκόπησης της εν λόγω βιομηχανίας που αφορά το στάδιο κυρίως της παραγωγικής διαδικασίας καθώς και τα αντίστοιχα συμπεράσματα και μεθόδους αντιμετώπισης των επιπτώσεων αυτής.

The purpose of this thesis is to find the environmental aspects and consequences on this particular industry of provender as well as the recording of these essential aspects and effects on every stage of the industry’s operation according to the requirements of the initial environmental review of ISO 14001. In order to achieve a successful elaboration of this thesis, the procedure which was followed, included the methodology of interviewing not only those being in charge for the management and engineers of the production department but also employees from every section of the industry. Moreover, the research also includes a recording of the environmental aspects, completing charts which are concerned with the spotting of environmental consequences, charts which refer to major environmental consequences and other charts and graphs which record the existing situation, the organizational structure, the productive procedure and the stage where the final product of the industry has been completed. Therefore, the contents of this thesis include a review which concerns systems of environmental administration and description of the existing environmental administration of the industry which we are studying. In addition, there is a reference on the environmental legislation and description of the initial environmental review of this particular industry which mainly concerns the stage of the productive procedure as well as the relevant conclusions and confrontation methods of these consequences.
