Ο τομέας των μεταφορών στην Ελλάδα και την Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση.

Abstract

Στα πλαίσια της παρούσας εργασίας, παρουσιάστηκε ο τομέας των μεταφορών, τόσο στην Ελλάδα όσο και στην Ε.Ε.,με βάση τα στοιχεία που έχουν αντληθεί από την Eurostat (2013), τα οποία θα μας επιτρέψουν να αποκτήσουμε μία όσο το δυνατόν πληρέστερη εικόνα της επικρατούσας κατάστασης, καθώς και η έρευνα των Bernardino etal (2015), οι οποίοι μελέτησαν την ανάλυση ενός σεναρίου, αναφορικά με την μακροπρόθεσμη εξέλιξη της ζήτησης μεταφορών, μέχρι και το έτος 2050, στην Ε.Ε. Στη συνέχεια, μελετήθηκε η πορεία του κλάδου των μεταφορών στην Ελλάδα, μέσω της ανάλυσης μιας σειράς δεικτών τόσο συνολικά για τον κλάδο των μεταφορών, όσο και για τον κλάδο των χερσαίων μεταφορών, τον κλάδο των πλωτών μεταφορών και τον κλάδο των εναέριων μεταφορών, καθώς επίσης και σε σύγκριση με την ΕΕ και ειδικότερα με δύο ευρωπαϊκές χώρες. Το βασικό συμπέρασμα, στο οποίο καταλήξαμε στα πλαίσια της παρούσας μελέτης, έγκειται στο ότι, η οικονομική κρίση επηρέασε αρνητικά τον κλάδο των μεταφορών, με συνέπεια να μειωθεί ο αριθμός των δραστηριοποιούμενων επιχειρήσεων κατά 7,66%, με εξαίρεση τον κλάδο των εναέριων μεταφορών που είχε ανάκαμψη της ταξεως 29,41%.Αντιθέτως όσον αφορά την Ισπανία παρουσίασε μια αύξηση στις πλωτές μεταφορές της τάξεως 2,34% ενώ εμφάνισε την μεγαλύτερη μείωση στις εναέριες μεταφορές σε σχέση με τις άλλες εξεταζόμενες χώρες της τάξεως 29,30%.Επιπλέον το Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο παρουσίασε μόνο πτώση του αριθμού των επιχειρήσεων με την μεγαλύτερη να εμφανίζεται στις εναέριες μεταφορές κατά 18,65%. Παρά την οικονομική κρίση όμως είναι άξιο να σημειωθεί ότι η Ε.Ε ευνοήθηκε στον κύκλο εργασιών της με αύξηση 4,8% και στην προστιθέμενη αξία της σε κόστος συντελεστών κατά 0,58%. Επιπλέον αύξηση παρουσίασε και το Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο με 6,72% ,ακολουθεί η Ισπανία με μείωση 11,95% και τέλος η Ελλάδα με μείωση 20,65% στον συνολικό τομέα των μεταφορών . Όσον αφορά των αριθμό απασχολούμενων η Ελλάδα εμφάνισε και πάλι την μεγαλύτερη μείωση κατά 19,12%,η Ισπανία με 16,77% ,το Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο με 5,46% και η Ε.Ε με μείωση 2,06% στον συνολικό τομέα .

In the context of our study, the transport sector was presented, both in Greece and the EU, on the basis of Eurostat (2013) data, which will allow us to get the fullest possible picture. Also, we studied the research paper of Bernardino et al (2015), who studied the analysis of a scenario with regard to the long-term development of transport demand, up to the year 2050, in Europe. The course of the transport sector in Greece was then studied, by analyzing a series of indicators both overall for the transport sector, as well as for the inland transport sector, the waterborne sector and the air transport industry, as well as in comparison with the EU and, in particular, with two europian countries. The main conclusion that we reached in the present study is that the economic crisis has negatively affected the transport sectorand more precisely, the number of businesses involvedwas reduced by 7.66%,with the exception of the air transport sectorhad a recovery of 29.41%.However, due to the economic crisis, it is worth noting that Europe has favored its turnover with an increase of 4.8% and its value added at a cost by 0.58%. In Spain, on the other hand, there was an increase in waterborne transport of 2.34%, while it showed the largest decrease in air transport compared to the other countries under consideration of 29.30%. In addition, the United Kingdom showed only a decrease in the number of the largest companies in the air transport sector by 18.65%. Despite the economic crisis, however, it is worth noting that Europe favored its turnover by an increase of 4,8% and its added value at factor costs of 0,58%. Further growth was also seen in the United Kingdom with 6.72%, followed by Spain with a decrease of 11.95% and Greece with a 20.65% reduction in the total transport sector. Concerning to the number of employees, Greece has again experienced the largest decrease of 19.12%, Spain by 16.77%, the United Kingdom by 5.46% and the EU with a 2.06% reduction in the overall sector.
