Cancer is a common and often deadly disease. There are different types of cancer depending on the organ of the human body that they affect. It can be due to a range of factors, including lifestyle, personal history and family history. The chances of developing certain types of cancer increase with age. According to the World Health Organization, this disease is the second most common cause of death worldwide. Cancer management is complex and often costly. However, prevention has been cited as a viable solution, which can be achieved in a number of ways. Preventive examinations, healthy lifestyle and vaccination are the main means of prevention. An important role in this is played by the nurse, who is called to inform the detection of suspicious signs of cancer and to guide the citizens properly. Complete and valid information from the nurse promotes the elimination of semi-learning, often preventing cancer.en
