Μελέτη ηλεκτρομηχανολογικών (Η/Μ) εγκαταστάσεων σε συγκρότημα διώροφων μεζονέτων με χρήση κύριας/ παραθεριστικής κατοικίας.

Abstract

Αντικείμενο της εν λόγω πτυχιακής εργασίας είναι όλες οι απαιτούμενες Η/Μ μελέτες σ’ένα συγκρότημα μονοκατοικιών (διώροφες μεζονέτες με Α όροφο, ισογειο και υπόγειο και πισίνες) προκειμένου να αδειοδοτηθεί και να προχωρήσει η κατασκευή του. Επίσης θα αναλυθεί ο υπολογισμός των απωλειών των κτηρίων υπολογισμός της θερμομόνωσης, οι εγκαταστάσεις ύδρευσης και αποχέτευσης, ηλεκτρολογικά η πυρασφάλεια και οι πισινες με τα αντίστοιχα σχέδια σε κάθε μελέτη. Επίσης, στόχος της πτυχιακής εργασίας αυτής είναι να κατατοπίσει εγκαταστάτες-μελετητές όσον αφορά τον ορθό σχεδιασμό και εγκατάσταση των Η/Μ συστημάτων στους υπολογισμούς οι οποίοι πρέπει να γίνουν για την σωστή και αποδοτική λειτουργία των εγκαταστάσεων τόσο για την ύδρευση-αποχέτευση αλλά και στη θερμανση- κλίματισμό όπως και στην πυρασφαλεια με τις πισινες. Τέλος, γίνεται μελέτη ενεργειακής απόδοσης και κατάταξης του κτιρίου σε Β! ενεργειακή κατηγορία τουλάχιστον (σύμφωνα με τον ΚΕΝΑΚ και τις οδηγίες των ΤΟΤΕΕ 2070/1,2 κ.λπ. Η μεθοδολογία που θα εφαρμοστεί ορίζεται από τον Κανονισμό Ενεργειακής Απόδοσης Κτιρίων (ΚΕΝΑΚ), τις Τεχνικές Οδηγίες του Τεχνικού Επιμελητηρίου Ελλάδος (Τ.Ο.Τ.Ε.Ε) που έχουν εκδοθεί και το πιστοποιημένο λογισμικό ΤΕΕ-ΚΕΝΑΚ.

The purpose of this dissertation is to state all the required electromechanical studies in a complex of detached houses( two storey maisonette, with first floor, ground floor, basement and swimming pools) in order to get a building permit and proceed its construction. In addition, the estimation of building loss ,thermal insulation water and sewerage installations, electrical, the fire safety and the pools with the corresponding blueprints in each building design will be analysed. Furthermore, the purpose of this dissertation is to inform installers in terms of the proper design and installation of electromechanical systems, the calculations that have to be done for the proper and efficient function of the installations, both for the water and sewerage and heating-air conditioning as well as the fire safety with the pools. Finally a study of energy performance and B energy class classification of the building is being conducted to say the least.(according to the regulation on the energy performance of buildings and the guidelines of the Technical Chamber of Greece(TCG) 2070/1,2 etc. The methodology that will be applied is determined by the Regulation on the energy Performance of buildings ,the technical guidelines of the Technical Chamber of Greece(TCG) that have been published and the certified software (TCG)-Regulation on the energy performance of buildings.
