Management και διοίκηση στις υπηρεσίες υγείας.

Abstract

Η παρούσα Πτυχιακή Εργασία πραγματεύεται το ζήτημα «Management και Διοίκηση στις Υπηρεσίες Υγείας», εξετάζοντας μέσω της μελέτης περίπτωσης την εφαρμογή αυτών στο Πανεπιστημιακό Νοσοκομείο Πατρών «Παναγία η Βοήθεια». Αρχικά, αναλύονται οι έννοιες του management και της διοίκησης γενικά, καθώς και στον τομέα της υγείας· ενώ στο δεύτερο μέρος της εργασίας εξετάζεται η μελέτη περίπτωσης. Έμφαση δίνεται στην ανάλυση του περιβάλλοντος του νοσοκομείου. Ακόμα ιδιαίτερη προσοχή δίνεται στην ανάλυση στρατηγικής που ακολουθεί το νοσοκομείο. Σχετικά με την εφαρμοζόμενη μεθοδολογία πρόκειται για έρευνα βιβλιογραφίας βασισμένη από παγκόσμιες βάσεις δεδομένων σαν το Google Scholar, το Scopus και το Pubmed, αποδίδοντας ιδιαίτερη βαρύτητα σε δημοσιεύσεις τα οποία πραγματεύονται θέματα διοίκησης μονάδων υγείας. Ακόμη, αξιοποιήθηκαν πληροφορίες από το διαδίκτυο, κυρίως από την ιστοσελίδα του ΠΓΝΠ (Πανεπιστημιακό Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Πατρών) «Παναγία η Βοήθεια».

The present thesis addresses the issue of "Management and Administration in Health Services", examining through the case study their implementation at the General University Hospital of Patras "All Holy Theotokos the Helper". Initially, the concepts of management and administration are analyzed in general, as well as in the field of health; while the second part of the thesis deals with the case study. Emphasis is placed on the analysis of the hospital environment, as well as on the analysis of the hospital's strategy. Regarding the applied methodology, it is about a bibliography research based on worldwide databases like Google Scholar, Pubmed and Scopus, giving special weight on publications, which address health management concerns. Furthermore, relevant scripts and material are used from the internet, mainly from the website of the General University Hospital of Patras "All Holy Theotokos the Helper ".
