| dc.description.abstract | Η παρούσα εργασία αποτελεί μια προσπάθειά ανάδειξης και κατανόησής του φαινομένου των χρωμοσωματικών ανωμαλιών καθώς και των συνδρομών ,που εν συνεχεία μπορούν να επιφέρουν. Κατά το πρώτο κεφάλαιο αναφορά γίνεται στη δομή των χρωμοσωμάτων, ενώ κατά το δεύτερο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζονται οι Χρωμοσωματικές ανωμαλίες. Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζονται τα γενετήσια σύνδρομα ενώ ξεχωριστή νύξη γίνεται για το σύνδρομο Down στο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο. Στο πέμπτο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζεται η σημασία της νοσηλευτικής φροντίδας καθώς και οι πρακτικές των νοσηλευτών σε περιπτώσεις χρωμοσωματικών ανωμαλιών. | el |

The first chapter refers to the structure of chromosomes, while the second chapter presents the Chromosomal abnormalities. The third chapter presents the sexual syndromes while a separate mention is made for Down syndrome in the fourth chapter.
